Upcoming Schedule

Friday, May 16^th

Super 50/50 - All money is due today! Send your money in to Mr. Maher. Drawing will be following the Spring Concert on Wednesday, May 28th.

Monday, May 26^th

Memorial Day Parades - Yardville/Groveville parade, then the Mercerville parade.
Report to Dover Plaza in Yardville by 7:30am, (7:15am if you need your hair braided) Return to Dover Plaza after the parades end at approx 1:00pm

Tuesday, May 27^th

Hornet Band Night - Rosa's Ristorante. Eat-in or take-out, just mention the Hornet Band while you're there.

Wednesday, May 28^th

Spring Concert - 7:30pm in the Auditorium. $5 admission. The Saxophone Quartet, Jazz Ensemble and the Symphonic Band will all be performing.
Super 50/50 Drawing tonight - Following the Concert.

Monday, June 2^nd

Band Parents Meeting - 7:00pm general meeting.
6:00pm executive board meets.
All Band Parents including incoming Freshman parents are invited to attend this meeting. We will be introducing the new officers for the upcoming school year and saying goodbye to the officers from last year. Information about September's Cavalacade of Bands and other committees will be available. ContactJoanne Devine for more information.
Light refreshments will also be served.

Thursday, June 5^th

Band / Fine Arts Awards Night - End-of-the year program to present the awards and scholarships to all of the Band / Fine Arts students.
7:00pm start. Free admission!

Wednesday, June 11^th

Band / Fine Arts Picnic - Located at Frogbridge in Millstone Twp. from 2:00pm - 7:00pm. Permission slips and money due to Mr. Maher no later than Tuesday June 3rd.
- Open to all students in Band, Choir, Drama or Orchestra (with no outstanding debts and in good standing)
- Busses depart HHW at 1:30pm.
- All students attending MUST ride the bus!
- The Hamilton High West Band Parents Club is paying for all students who want to attend. Students only need to pay $5 to cover transportation costs.
- Participation in the Memorial Day parades is mandatory for all students wishing to attend.

The Super 50/50 is Wednesday, May 28th after the Spring Concert

Scotto & Crimani Pizza and LaForchetta Ristorante - The Second Tuesday of every month.

Rosa's Risorante - The last Tuesday of every month.
