ROSA's RESTAURANT: Rosa 's donates a portion of their receipts to HHWBPC on the last TUESDAY of each month. Linda Giaquinto reported
that Rosa 's again donated $200 back to the HHWBPC from February. The next date for this fundraiser is March 25, 2008 .

SCOTTO's RESTAURANT: Scotto's donates 20% of all receipts to HHWBPC on the 2nd TUESDAY of each month. Joyce Gallo did not have the

SUPER 50/50 TICKETS: Joanne Devine reported that a HHSW teacher, Mary Kanoc would help out with printing our Super 50/50 tickets.
The paper has been ordered.
JAZZ FESTIVAL: Danielle Ingeri, chairperson for this event was absent, but Treasurer Barbara Venanzi reported
that the Jazz Festival produced a profit of $2,255.13 including carryover from last year. The Jazz Festival took place on Friday, February
15, 2008. Ticket prices were $6 at the door. Student and senior prices were $3. Joanne Devine extended a heart-felt “Thank
You” to
all those volunteers that helped out on behalf of Danielle, to make the event successful.
PASTA DINNER: Linda Giaquinto, chairperson, announced that the Pasta Dinner is scheduled for the Friday night
of the annual School Play, on March 14, 2008. We will get help from the Drama Club under Ms. Amy Collins and split the proceeds 50/50
with the Drama Club. Pasta dinner and the show will be $15. Pasta dinner by itself will be $8. Look to start at 4:00PM. Volunteers
are needed. Please see Linda Giaquinto if you can volunteer.
Linda Giaquinto has scheduled a Pasta dinner committee meeting for Monday, March 10, 2008 at 6:30PM in Room
17 at HHSW,
to discuss final details of the Pasta dinner. If you have volunteered to be on this committee, please make every effort to attend. All Drama Club
member parents are cordially invited also.
GIFT AUCTION: MaryAnn Herncane, chairperson for the Gift Auction reported that she needs donations. She has sent out
requests to an extensive list of potential donators and is awaiting word back . MaryAnn reported that she has placed posters in the local
senior centers, ads in the local papers and advertised on Ch 78 on Hamilton Cablevision. If you need to contact MaryAnn, her email

The Gift Auction fundraiser date is May 3, 2008. If you can, please support this fundraiser and volunteer if you can.
END-OF-YEAR PICNIC: Danielle Ingeri, chairperson for this event was absent, but President Joanne Devine reported
that the End-of-Year Picnic would take place on June 11, 2008 at “FROGBRIDGE” located in Millstone Township . Looking to leave about
1:15PM and return between 7:30PM and 8:00PM. Cost will be around $39/person, but everything is inclusive. Will need about 2 buses for transportation
back and forth. Band Director Brian Maher will get a quote for the buses for next meeting. More information at next month's meeting.
NOMINATING COMMITTEE FOR EXECUTIVE BOARD 2008-2009: Nominating Committee member Dave Venanzi reported that the committee
has a potential for 3 rd Vice President (PIT CREW). The 2nd Vice President's position (FUNDRAISING) is still open. The rest of the open positions
are potentially filled. They will continue their search and report back at next month's meeting, hopefully with successful results.
HHWBPC HANDBOOK: Joanne Devine reported that HHWBPC E-board members met on February 27, 2008 to discuss
handbook changes. The board has made recommendations for changing. The revised handbook can be viewed on the HHWBPC website.
USSBA FEES: Joanne Devine reported that the principal of HHSW, Mr. Dave McWilliam will pay for next year's
('08-'09) entrance fees ($2875.00) into the USSBA from his budget. THANK YOU Mr. McWILLIAM!!!
ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE: Band Director Brian Maher reported that the HHSW Marching Band will participate
in the annual St
Patrick's Day Parade in Trenton, NJ on Saturday, March 8, 2008. The Band will play at the opening ceremonies and will be the
first marching band to march in the Parade. Hair braiding takes place at 8:30AM. Everyone else reports at 9:00AM. Parade ceremonies
start at 12:00 noon. Parent walkers and volunteers are needed. Please see Brian if you would like to volunteer.
EAT OUT AT CHICK-FIL-A: Joanne Devine reported that we (HHWBPC) will participate in a fundraiser on April 12,
2008 from 6:00AM until 10:00AM.
It is a breakfast fundraiser. CHICK-FIL-A will donate 15% of all proceeds during that time, back to the HHWBPC. Please mark this day on your calendars
and participate in this fundraiser if you can.
END-OF-YEAR AWARDS: Brian Maher reported that he has a date, time and place for the Fine Arts Awards Night. The Awards
Night Program will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2008, beginning at 7:00PM in the HHSW auditorium. Please mark your calendars accordingly.
THANK YOU ACCOUNTANT'S GIFT: Joanne Devine reported that the accountant that we (HHWBPC) use has been providing free
services for the last few years. She reported that the E-board voted to send him a VISA gift card in the amount of $100 in recognition of
that service.
