that Rosa 's donated $100 back to the HHWBPC from March. The next date for this fundraiser is April 29, 2008. Please support

SCOTTO's RESTAURANT: Scotto's donates 20% of all receipts to HHWBPC on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Joyce Gallo reported
that Scotto's donated $100 for February and $100 for March. The next date for this fundraiser is tomorrow, April
8, 2008. Please

SUPER 50/50 TICKETS: Joanne Devine reported that tickets will be distributed tonight via the Executive Board and
General meetings. Money is due back no later than May 16, 2008. Drawing will take place on Thursday, May 29, 2008. IT WILL NOT
BE DRAWN DURING THE SPRING CONCERT on MAY 28, 2008. Joanne is looking to have as many available Band Parents take tickets to drop off to known
band parents so we can save money on mailing them to their home addresses.
PASTA DINNER: Linda Giaquinto, chairperson, reported on the results of the Pasta Dinner scheduled for the Friday night
of the annual School Play, on March 14, 2008. Linda reported that 62 tickets were sold and after all expenses, we netted a
grand profit of $ that must be split 50/50 with the Drama Club. Therefore, our “take” on the Pasta Dinner worked out to $. Linda expressed
a gratuitous ‘THANK YOU' to all the volunteer parents that either donated and or came out to help support this event. We will do this fundraiser
again next year.
GIFT AUCTION: MaryAnn Herncane, chairperson for the Gift Auction reported that she needs donations. She has reported
that baskets are starting to trickle in. MaryAnn reported that she has placed posters in the local senior centers, ads in the local
papers and advertised on Ch 78 on Hamilton Cablevision. If you need to contact MaryAnn, her email address is Mherncane@optonline.net .
MaryAnn has scheduled a Gift Auction committee meeting for next Tuesday, April 15, 2008 in Room 114. If you have volunteered for this
committee, please make every effort to attend.
Band Director, Brian Maher will see that the HHSW marquee is updated with the Gift Auction information after school board elections on April
15, 2008.
The Gift Auction fundraiser date is May 3, 2008. If you can, please support this fundraiser and volunteer if you can.
END-OF-YEAR PICNIC: Danielle Ingeri, chairperson for this event reported that the End-of-Year Picnic would take place
on June 11,
2008 at “FROGBRIDGE” located in Millstone Township . Looking to leave about 1:15PM and return between 7:30PM and 8:00PM. It
looks like transportation costs for busing will be about $5/student. Picnic times are from 2:00PM until 7:00PM. Fine Arts students are
welcome to attend but must pay full admission plus busing costs.
NOMINATING COMMITTEE FOR EXECUTIVE BOARD 2008-2009: Nominating Committee chairperson, Danielle Ingeri, reported on
the nominations. Listed below are the nominations for positions in the HHWBPC for the school year 2008-2009:
EAT OUT AT CHICK-FIL-A: Joanne Devine reported that the HHWBPC will participate in a fundraiser on April 12, 2008 from 6:00AM until 10:00AM.
It is a breakfast fundraiser. CHICK-FIL-A will donate 15% of all proceeds during that time, back to the HHWBPC. Please mark this day on your calendars
and participate in this fundraiser if you can.

8, 2008.

PROJECT GRADUATION 5K RUN: Joanne Devine reported that the Project Graduation Committee is sponsoring a 5K run/walk
on Sunday April
20, 2008 in Veterans Park, beginning at 10:00AM. Cost is $5/person.
THANK YOU GIFT – MARY KANOC: Joanne Devine reported that the HHWBPC E-board voted to give a $75 gift card a HHSW teacher, Mary
Kanoc for her time and effort to help us out in producing our Super 50/50 tickets.
