ADDENDUM NOTE TO EXECUTIVE BOARD NOMINATIONS: Since the May 5, 2008 meeting, the Treasurer's position has become vacant. Frank Czepiga has volunteered to fill the Treasurer's position for the upcoming school year. The Sergeant-at-Arms position still needs to be filled. If anyone is interested in this position, please see the chairperson of the nominating committee, Danielle Ingeri .
EAT OUT AT CHICK-FIL-A: Danielle Ingeri reported that this fundraiser held on April 12, 2008 from 6:00AM until 10:00AM realized a profit of only $21. It is a start for next year, should we want to continue it again. CHICK-FIL-A donated 15% of all proceeds during that time if you stated you were supporting HHWBPC.
NEW BUSINESS
FUNDING FOR BAND FRONT UNIFORMS: Joanne Devine reported that the HHWBPC voted to fund a portion of next year's Band Front member's costume called a "Unitard". The cost is $75 for the "Unitard" for each Band Front member.
MEMORIAL DAY PARADE MAY 26, 2008: Since Band Director Brian Maher was absent, Joanne Devine reported that HHSW Marching Band will march in both the Yardville and Hamilton Square Memorial Day Parades on Monday, May 26, 2008. Brian Maher will provide starting times and assembly places as the date approaches for both parades. The Giaquinto family will tow the black trailer in both parades. Brian will need about 8-10 HHWBPC parents to "walk" the parade route, in both parades, with the band. Refreshments and snacks will be provided to the Band by the HHWBPC over the course of both parade routes.
SPRING CONCERT MAY 28, 2008: Joanne Devine reported the super 50/50 fund raiser ticket drawing will take place during THE SPRING CONCERT on Wednesday, MAY 28 , 2008 after all.
FINE ARTS AWARDS PROGRAM JUNE 5, 2008: Joanne Devine reported that the Fine Arts Awards program will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2008 in the HHSW auditorium, beginning at 7:00PM.
FINE ARTS PICNIC JUNE 11, 2008: Chairperson, Danielle Ingeri reported that Band parents might be able to attend this picnic as chaperones. They will not have to pay the full amount, only the food portion of the total fee. If anyone is interested, please see Danielle. If there is enough interest, parents may be able to carpool. Danielle will find out the band parents cost by the next meeting for interested parents.
BAND PARENTS MEETING JUNE 2, 2008: Joanne Devine reported that the General meeting will take place in the Band Room following the Executive Board meeting at the usual time of 7:00PM. Topics to be covered will be the election of officers for the new school year, greeting incoming freshmen parents, and sign-up for committees. Light refreshments will be served.

Band Director Brian Maher was absent; there was no Band Director's Report.
OPEN DISCUSSION
The next HHWBPC General meeting is for Monday, June 2, 2008 beginning at 7:00PM. in the Band Room.
President Joanne Devine adjourned the meeting at 7:20PM.
