Membership Information - School Year 2007-2008

The Hamilton High West Band Parents Club supports the educational and musical goals of the Hamilton High School West Marching Band through its work with the program’s directors and advisors to enhance the student’s musical and social skills through the performing arts and musical events that are not part of the regular school program.

The goals of the Hamilton High West Band Parents Club are:

• Raise funds to support club activities
• Provide scholarships to music students
• Enhance the music program by participating in and hosting musical events

Return the membership form to any director or advisor for the Marching Band or to any officer of the Band Parents Club. You can also mail the form to:

Membership Form

$3 Associate Membership - Offered to alumni marching band students, alumni marching band parents with no children currently in the band, or friends of the organization. Associate membership dues of $3 per person per year contribute exclusively to the annual Band Parents Scholarship Fund.

$5 Full Membership - Offered to the parents or guardians of students participating in the marching band. Full membership dues of $5 per family per year deem full membership, eligibility to participate as an officer or member of the Executive Board, and the privilege of the right to vote for all club decisions and activities. Fees collected for full membership defer operating expenses defined in the Constitution for the Band Parents Club.
