The Hamilton High West Band Parents Club supports the educational and musical goals of the Hamilton High School West Marching Band through its work with the program’s directors and advisors to enhance the student’s musical and social skills through the performing arts and musical events that are not part of the regular school program.

The goals of the Hamilton High West Band Parents Club are:

• Raise funds to support club activities
• Provide scholarship awards to graduating senior members
• Enhance the music program by participating in and hosting musical events

Return the membership form to any director or advisor for the Marching Band or to any officer of the Band Parents Club. You can also mail the form to:

2010 Membership form

$5 Alumni Membership - Alumni Membership is offered to all alumni of the marching band, alumni of the Band Parents Club or friends and family of the organization. Alumni Membership dues of $5 per person per year contribute exclusively to the annual Band Parents Scholarship Fund. There are no voting privileges or positions held at this level of membership.

$10 Full Membership - Offered to the family of students participating in the marching band. This membership enables parents or guardians to participate as an officer or member of the Executive Board, and gives you the privilege of the right to vote for all club decisions and activities. Fees collected for Full Membership defer operating expenses defined in the Constitution for the Hamilton High West Band Parents Club.
